Experience

Tobias specializes in international trade law and general EU and WTO law. He regularly advises clients in the context of anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard proceedings.

Prior to joining VVGB, Tobias had worked as a legal assistant at the Transnational Economic Law Research Center and as a consultant for the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation, before studying Mandarin at the Beijing Foreign Studies University as a scholar of the DAAD.

He has authored several articles on EU trade law, as well as a dissertation on the international anti-dumping practice towards China and taught WTO law at the University of Addis Abeba.
