Juhi has been practicing international trade law in Brussels since 2006 and has represented exporters from various countries, EU importers, trade associations and governments in trade defence proceedings in the EU and abroad. In terms of some notable examples of EU trade defence proceeding, Juhi has represented the Huawei group in the Wireless WAN modems’ investigations, Wacker Chemicals AG, and Momentive Performance Materials GmbH in the interim and expiry reviews concerning anti-dumping measures on Silicon Metal from China, MOFCOM in the anti-subsidy investigations concerning Organic Coated Steel, Solar Panels and Cells, Solar Glass, Filament Glass Fibre Products and Hot-Rolled Flat Products from China and the Federation of European Sporting Goods Industry (FESI) and the Footwear coalition comprising some of the leading footwear brands in on-going administrative proceedings before the European Commission and in court litigation.

Juhi is also well versed in trade defence investigations in the US, Canada and South Africa. She has assisted the EU association of poultry producers (a.v.e.c.) and EU exporters in the anti-dumping and the bilateral safeguard investigation against frozen bone-in chicken portions and is assisting the Wacker group in the on-going anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations against Silicon Metal in Canada.

She has litigated before the WTO dispute settlement body and is actively involved in customs and regulatory matters in several EU Member States.

Juhi was praised in the 2010 Chambers and Partners Europe edition, commended in the 2011 Legal 500 edition as being on “top of the issues” and recommended in the Legal500 2013 edition. She was ranked in the Chambers Europe 2016 for Trade and Customs’ practice and was commended by clients for being “highly professional but at the same time very approachable”.
