  • Master's degree (LL.M.) in EU Law
  • At least 3 years of experience in private practice in an EU Member State (Belgium or other)
  • Experience in the field of EU law on chemicals and matters concerning ESG/sustainability is a pre

About the firm

The firm's EU Chemicals, Environment, Sustainability Practice focuses on a wide range of regulatory compliance, litigation and enforcement matters relating to REACH/CLP, biocides, plant protection products, fertilizers, etc. as well as projects concerning packaging materials, (hazardous) waste, food, feed, (veterinary) medical devices and various other highly regulated products and industries. We are also legal counsel to consortia seeking approval of chemical substances or products at EU level and we work with scientific experts in many of our cases.
