VVGB partner Edwin Vermulst speaks at SAWTR IV conference in Delhi

On 19 November Edwin Vermulst spoke at the SAWTR IV conference in Delhi co-hosted by FICCI and Lakshmikumaran Advocates in the Session "Winter Has Come, and Now What? China's Non-Market Economy Status at the WTO". He presented his views on the WTO legality of the 'old' NME and the 'new' significant distortions methodology, concluding that both suffer from illegalities. The session was moderated by Muskesh Bhatnagar and included fellow panelists Gary Horlick and Dhruv Gupta.
